Move a ticket to another workspace as a service request.

Moves a ticket to a different workspace AND sets its type to SERVICE_REQUEST, re-binding it to a specific catalog item in the destination. Use this tool when: the destination should be a service request (the ticket maps to a specific service item with predefined fields/workflows).
