Retrieves the MCP detail view for a single ticket by its display ID. Includes HTML/plain-text description, custom_fields, approval state, SLA,
latest note, attachments, and slim requester/assignee refs. For full note history or linked entities, call getRequestNotes or listRequestLinks.
